Establishing good sleep hygiene from first four months or six months of age is important. However some children do have more difficulties of sleeping, which can be conviction of other medical issues, previous sleep habits and sometimes environment.
Douglas Teti suggested that it would be a wise decision to talk with their child's paediatrician if parents have particular concerns or need advice regarding sleep problems.
