The first thing recommended by people is to avoid consuming fast food. Fast food is an efficient contributor for several diseases across the globe. Daily intake of these fast foods may lead to many health problems such as hypertension, increased blood sugar levels, raising cholesterol and even creates a negative impact on the cognitive health and increases the chance of being prone to cardiovascular diseases. Intake of ultra-processed food such as baked goods, sweets, cookies and pastries. People who live long have advised to reduce the intake of added sugar. And suggest to consume the fruits or foods that supply natural sugar. Should avoid bacon and sausage. As processed may increase the chances of hyperlipidemia. And one should restrict the intake of soda or any other aerated drinks.
