There are several food habits which smash up the body as people grow older day by day.
At an elderly age it is important to keep an eye on the type of drink and the type of food one consumes. When people touch 60’s or nearer age they eventually feel changes in their body. So getting habituated to a healthy life-style is more important along with good food habits and some flexible exercises. There are many ways to consume good food. Abundance of good food also includes some foods that are not needed for the body with growing age. Dieticians have suggested that with aging day by day, one should eliminate some type of ruining food habits, so as to protect the body from being infected. It is a known fact that protein is very essential for body as it helps in building strong bones, strengthens the muscle health and also helps in losing weight.
Some people with growing age loose the protein density in body and are suggested to consume food that are high in protein. People who already have crossed 60 are under a risk because the muscle strength, bone density becomes low and no intake of protein can dash off the process. Some food experts have suggested to consume food that is rich in protein such as fish, egg, beef, chicken, gobbler in the diet whenever possible. Adding byproducts in the coffee or cereals at the time of breakfast acts as a supplement for whole day and makes the day start refreshed and strong. An important thing to be noticed is thirst and hunger. Not drinking sufficient water at any age is harmful. People usually fulfil their thirst by drinking juices, which is absolutely not accepted. Thirst is an important thing which needs to be produced in everyone.
