Alcohol related diseases of liver is very harmful for one and may lead to several problems. One should stop being addicted to a deskbound life and should make movements and keep self-fit. As being sedentary may lead to several heart problems and also makes one inactive leading to several issues. One should avoid smoking so as to keep the respiratory health proper and should take proper sanitization care while moving outdoors in the current pandemic situation.
