If one intakes smoothies, tea or coffee one can happily switch to agro-based products for milk as an alternative can serve the purpose. Having Greek yogurt improves the bone health and makes one erect. Mushroom is suggested to be added in the diet as they boost the body building. Having a pure orange juice without any additives in it is again stated as good for bone health.
