Consuming green dark leafy and orange red vegetables as they are rich in producing the antioxidants, rich flavonoids and beta- carotene that supports the immune health and protects the vision. Involving prebiotics and probiotics in the food which helps in controlling the inflammation. Limiting or restricting the addition of sugar in food is also one of the ways in which one can reduce the inflammation and increase the immunity of the body.
