The discounter channel remains in the early stage of its development in Russia, with the lowest level of value sales within the entire grocery retailers channel in 2020, and with only hypermarkets having fewer sites/outlets. There are only three discounter chains in the country, Da!, Chleb-Sol and Produkty Ermolino.
